Changes to keep you safe as our shops start to reopen

From June 22, the Welsh Government has given the greenlight for non-essential stores to reopen.

We are delighted to be welcoming more visitors as a result, but we have introduced a number of measures to keep people safe when shopping.

Here are some of the guidelines you will be asked adhere to while spending your time with us.

  • Social distancing: Customers will be asked to adhere to 2m social distancing at all times. Signage and one-way systems have been implemented to make this easier.
  • Limited numbers in stores: Our shops will be limiting the number of customers at any one time and looking to manage particular congestion areas, for example doorways between outside and inside space.
  • Extra cleaning: we have implemented extra cleaning throughout the day.
  • Sanitisation: We will be disinfecting high touch points such as door handles and hand-rails on a regular basis throughout the day.
  • Children: we politely remind customers who are accompanied by children that they are responsible for supervising them at all times and should follow social distancing guidelines.
  • Facilities: Unfortunately, toilets, baby changing facilities and communal seating areas will remain closed to the public until further notice.
  • Food consumption: Customer restaurants and cafes will remain closed until further notice, apart from when offering hot or cold food to be consumed off the premises.
