Christmas Opening Hours and Information

Just a few weeks to go until Christmas is upon us, but there’s still plenty of time to get your shopping done before the big day - with extended opening hours at Aberafan Shopping Centre to fit around any schedule.

For the first 2 weeks of December, we have extended opening hours every Friday until 7pm, and from Monday 14th, December the shopping centre will be open every weekday until 7pm - which will end at 7pm on the 23rd December.

On Saturdays over Christmas, the centre will close at 5:30pm, and Sundays at 4pm. The centre will also be open on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, so you can grab those final bits and pieces even at the last moment.

Sun 6th: 10am - 4pm

Mon 7th to Thur 10th: 9am - 5:30pm

Fri 11th: 9am - 7pm

Sat 12th: 9am - 5:30pm

Sun 13th: 10am - 4pm

New Year’s Day: CLOSED

Free Parking:

From December 12th to January 1st, 2021, you can also benefit from free parking at Port Talbot Multi-Storey Car Park, which is just opposite the centre. As part of a scheme from Neath Port Talbot Council, parking will be free at council-owned pay and display car parks across town centres in the county borough.
