Toilets and Disabled Toilets
Located in the West Mall and also on the first floor of the centre.
Disabled Access
The centre has been designed for ease of access for disabled with ramps to all entrances and lift to the 1st floor.
Shopmobility Scheme
Designated parking for users of the scheme www.nptshopmobility.org
Shopmobility can be found near the car park, at the entrance to the shopping centre. You can call them on 01639 894949
Car Parking
There is a council-run car park neighbouring the shopping centre.
Coffee Cup & Vape Recycling
Coffee cups can be recycled at Costa.
Recycling is available for vapes on the mall.
