Our hard work has truly paid off.
The moving tribute, remembrance and entertainment on 25th October proved to be one of the busiest events ever held at Aberafan — with over 10,000 visitors joining us on the day.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved, and especially to our valued partners at the Royal British Legion and the Local Authority. Your support and collaboration made this possible to launch the Armed Forces Week and the launch of the RBL Poppy Appeal 2025.
Our foundation for supporting the veteran community continues to grow from strength to strength — and it is deeply appreciated here in our proud steel town of Port Talbot.
