Welsh Record challenges
We had some fabulous and historic Welsh record challenges at Aberafan Shopping Centre on Saturday 20th May.
With a crowd cheering them all on, we saw:
- Chris Jenkins, a three-time World Powerlifting Champion, as well as three-time Wales Strongest man, doing the heaviest Axle Press lift.
- Lana Thomas-Hey and Jade Presley doing the Welsh Silver Dollar Deadlift for different weight classes.
